Refund Policy

1. Orders
When an order ends partial or canceled, the undelivered share goes back to your balance automatically, worked out from what was actually delivered. You do not need to ask.
2. Refill
Services with a refill period are refilled for free within it; this replaces a refund for drops after completion.
3. Balance
Funds added to your balance are for orders on this panel. A duplicate or mistaken payment is returned on request; for anything else, contact support and we will look at your case.
4. Contact
